Update a script

1. Back up config.lua and locales/, if the script has them.
2. Replace the folder with the new one and put those files back.
3. Restart the server.

In scripts that use krs_helper, config.lua only needs what you changed. Anything missing uses the script default. On start, the console warns about new options, wrong names and wrong types.
